The house is distributed over two floors, upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two of them with terrace and a full bathroom.
Downstairs we find a living-dining room, full kitchen and a toilet.
It has a large outdoor space, with a patio and terrace both in front of the house where you can park the car and in the back, which offers views of the pool.
The location is very quiet, next to the Montgrí Natural Park and about 300m from 'Cala Montgó'.
